  1. Accuracy of Information: We accept no liability for the accuracy of information contained on product pages or our website, which may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.

  2. Delivery Policy: We make all reasonable endeavors to adhere to the delivery times set.

  3. Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement relating to your purchase, including our website prices and contact details. They cannot be varied except in writing and signed by an employee, agent, or Director of Akshun Foods (Raashan).

  4. Credit Card Safety: Akshun Foods (Raashan) uses system to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any other organisation. Orders can be securely placed using our server. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information via email or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

  5. Privacy Guarantee: We will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party without your permission. However, if you have purchased from our store, subscribed to our newsletters, or participated in our competitions, we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via email.

  6. Communication & Marketing: By becoming a member of Akshun Foods (Raashan) and providing your contact details, you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers.

  7. Out of Stock Items: All products are subject to availability. Backordered products will be communicated to you along with the anticipated dispatch date. If a backordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

  8. Returns:

    • No Quibbles Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a product, return it to us for a full refund. We regret that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.
    • Damaged Items: In the event of a product arriving damaged, contact Customer Services within 1 day of receipt and return the package within 7 days for a replacement.
    • Refunds: Valid claims for damaged or unsatisfactory purchases will be refunded via the original payment method or bank transfer.
