  • Kodo Millet Kheer:

    1. Boil kodo millet grains in milk or water until soft and creamy.
    2. Add a sweetener of your choice like sugar, jaggery, or honey.
    3. Flavor with a pinch of cardamom powder or cinnamon for added taste.
    4. Top with chopped nuts, dried fruits, or fresh berries before serving as a nutritious breakfast or dessert option.
  • Kodo Millet Upma

    1. Cook kodo millet grains in water until tender and set aside.
    2. In a pan, heat oil, and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden.
    3. Add diced vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans. Cook until vegetables are tender.
    4. Mix in the cooked millet, salt, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Stir well.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or yogurt.
