Kodo Millet Kheer:
- Boil kodo millet grains in milk or water until soft and creamy.
- Add a sweetener of your choice like sugar, jaggery, or honey.
- Flavor with a pinch of cardamom powder or cinnamon for added taste.
- Top with chopped nuts, dried fruits, or fresh berries before serving as a nutritious breakfast or dessert option.

Kodo Millet Upma
- Cook kodo millet grains in water until tender and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil, and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden.
- Add diced vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix in the cooked millet, salt, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Stir well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or yogurt.
